Location: Bloomsbury, London
Hours: 35 hrs per week     

 

Are you experienced in designing and submitting grant proposals in collaboration with academic colleagues?  Do you have an excellent knowledge of the HE sector and policy landscape with particular focus on the research funding environment? If so, we’d love to hear from you.  

At SOAS we’re recruiting a new team of three Research Development Managers, each of which will focus on a particular funding remit (UKRI/Charities/EU & International) but have wider knowledge of what makes a great funding proposal and how to match ambition and programmes of work to particular funding calls.  

As a credible expert on research funding, you will develop strong relationships internally and externally, building consortia which position SOAS well to lead and engage in impactful and ground-breaking research.

You will implement approaches to improving the quality and success of funding proposals working in partnership with our academic community and leadership.  Interviews are planned for 4th, 6th and 9th June.
