Location: Hybrid/Bloomsbury (3 days per week in the office) 
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week

About the Team 
At SOAS, the Student Experience, Engagement & Retention (SEER) team is dedicated to supporting and empowering students from all backgrounds. With fresh energy and a direct link to the Provost, we're shaping the future of SEER, driving forward new initiatives to elevate the student experience and make a lasting impact. 

Our goal? To create an inclusive, supportive environment where students can thrive academically and personally. We believe in proactive, student-centred support—helping students tackle challenges early and providing the resources they need to grow and achieve their best.

About the Role 
Shape the SOAS Experience - You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on student life—welcoming new students, creating a sense of belonging, and supporting their success throughout their time here. 

Drive Engagement - Monitor student engagement and attendance through our dashboard, ensuring help is there when students need it most. 

Lead Events That Matter - From welcome activities to community-building projects, you'll organize events that connect and empower our diverse student body. 

Be a Key Contact - You’ll be a vital resource for both students and staff, helping create a positive and inclusive environment for all.
