Salary: Grade 6 - £38,8723 - £41,142 per annum inclusive of London Weighting
Location: Hybrid - Bloomsbury, London and remote 
Hours: 35 per week

About the Department 

The Recruitment Team which sits in the Recruitment and HR Operations Team is also transforming to support strategic plans. We are working to enhance the recruitment service to both Academic and Professional Services staff, introducing key metrics to ensure recruitment is efficient and timely.

About the Role

It is an excellent time for an experienced recruitment adviser to join our small but very busy team that is evolving to match the needs our service users. You will have considerable experience in managing high volume recruitment campaigns ideally within Higher Education with the resilience and tenacity to manage conflicting priorities along with a strong eye for detail.

You will take ownership of, and proactively support, the administration of all aspects of the recruitment process end to end for specified areas, with a focus on customer experience from the point of view of both the recruiting manager and the applicants. You will also provide key stakeholders with advice and guidance on SOAS policies and procedures including UK Visas and Immigration relating to recruitment.
